  2. Return Conditions
    The product must be in its original packaging with all original tags and accessories.
    You must retain proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
    The returned product should show no signs of significant use.
  3. Exchange Policy
    If you wish to exchange a product (whether due to incorrect size, color, or other reasons), please follow the same process as for returns. You can choose a new product for exchange while returning the original item.
  4. Return Process
    Request a Return: Please contact our customer service team through the customer service page on our website to explain your return request.
    Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    Ship the Item Back: Ship the item back to our designated return address using your preferred shipping method, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Please ensure you retain the tracking number to track the return status.
    Process Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
  5. Refund Processing Time
    Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days and will be returned to the original payment account. Please note that the exact time may depend on your bank or credit card company.
